Front LED logo panel has no power

Berkshire 39A has a really nice LED logo panel on the front panel of the coach which is controlled by the exterior lights switch. My LED panel is not lighting up with any exterior light switch position. I have checked the first connection inside the generator bay and there is no 12v power to the connectors, but I have good continuity between pos and neg spade terminals leading to the LED panel. All the other exterior lights function normally. Any ideas whether this is on a separate fuse, and if so, which one and location? Other ideas appreciated.

Front Logo/Exterior Accent Light

The front logo is powered by the Precision Plex Exterior Accent Light circuit. I would suggest checking the 5A Fuse 21 in the Master Fuse Panel located under the Master Bed Base.

Funny you should mention this, I recently had trouble with my precision Plex system. Several ckt boards had to be replaced resulting in a rebuild of the entire system, I purchased my coach new in 2018 (39a). The logo has never illuminated at night, but the first trip after the EMS rebuild, I noticed the logo was lit up. So, my take from all this is something between 2018/2019 the feature was added,
Just a guess.

Question Front Led Light Flickers

I had the same issue when my front LED (Berkshire) logo went out. I replaced the 5A Fuse 21 in the Master Fuse Panel located under the Master Bed Base as recommended by Mike Winterrowd from Forest River and it fixed the problem. Unfortunately the lighting behind the lettering is inconsistent throughout and occasionally flickers in certain areas. Can the LED lighting be accessed to replace the defective areas or am I SOL?🤔

Front LED logo lights

Yes, the panel comes off with 4 screws. Be very careful, there is sealant and a translucent backing to the logo panel. Mine tore as I was removing it, and it is now visible as a small tear behind the logo. I replaced the entire string of LED lights and re-caulked them in the channel. It worked for about a year and they are not functioning again. I haven’t had a chance to troubleshoot yet. May just let it go as unlit. Good luck.
