Front Seat Passenger Desk

Thinking about replacing the front seat passenger wall cabinet (that contains a cup holder, 120v plugs and light control panel on front) in my 39A with a desk tray cabinet. First thing I looked at was how to remove then existing cabinet. Could only find two screws neither of which seemed to have anything to do with how its attached to the wall. Has anyone tried removing the this side cabinet?

Yes I have. Need to lift off the plastic cover (top). It is siliconed down. More screws inside.

After inspection I chickened out. I'm afraid of breaking that plastic top which is pretty secure with however its attached....probably silicone like you suggested. I sure would like to access that Berk lighted medallion on the exterior side of the wall. Its a real bug attractor.
