Furnaces on 390bh

Should I have a funace option in zone 1 and 2 on a 2014 390bh? I can access the furnace for zone 2 (but the roof ac comes on when I do) and there is no furnace option for zone 1. Does anyone know if this is correct?
First time using the furnace(s). (I did the thermostat reset also).
Thanks.

Yes you are correct, furnace option in both zone 1 and 2, heat pump option only in zone 1. I had the same issue with the ac blower coming on also. I was told to set the clock on the thermostat and make sure the fan mode was on auto. I don't know which one fixed the fan from coming on but now it does not. Just hot air coming out the floor vent.

Let me add that I have a 2013 model, but seems like the furnace should be the same.

I'm guessing when they changed my front AC they didn't set the dip switches correctly which is why I'm not seeing the front furnace. Will need to get that looked at.

If you take the AC cover off on your roof, you'll see a metal cover on the awning side. Remove that cover and the circuit board and dip switches are right there. Ensue that the proper ones are on the on position.
