Generator Automatically Starts

All,

I've never heard of this happening on RV generators, but today my generator started automatically while I was at work. I was under the impression that there was no auto start. I have a 2011 390bh. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
David

Happen to us one night also, no AGS system. Could have been a couple of things, a bug make contact in the slot on the generator would plug into an AGS, water in the AGS port. Ours did it only one time in 5 years. dealer told us we had a AGS system and that is why it started. LOL nothing pluged into the AGS port. Needless to say, we don't use that dealer any more.

Heard about it several times on the Forum. People were saying it was due to a wet connector up by the generator. That's all I know.

So we don't really need a AGS? A simple squirt gun would do the trick?

Phil, after new shocks, would think Dianne would have cut you off on any more upgrades for a bit, now you want a water gun AGS system too! LOL

Oh I'm way cut off. No more upgrades! Well actually I'm thinking of upgrading the sound system after seeing Gasmans beautiful setup.
