Help with SureLock Digital TV Signal Finder

For some reason, my SureLock signal finder has stopped working properly. The power light still works and if I keep a finger on it, the first attenuator blue light will light up. I can't get the rest to work at all. The 360 degree controls still work. I can't get the tv's to scan and store channels because of the low signal and/or no indication of which way to aim.

It worked fine for the first 5 trips. Anyone else have this problem or have an idea what I can do that I'm not?
