How Do You Adjust The Travel on an the Windshield Electric Sun Shade

2011 390QS. The windshield sunshade will travel downward as much as needed but when going up it stops in the middle of the windshield. Is there an adjustment? It was working correctly up until the other day.

Went online & found out how to adjust the electric windshield sun shade.

Go on to the MCD windshield sun screen web site. There is an index on the cover page. Pick the "adjusting" option. Looks fairly simple. That is if you have the control buttons on your screens as listed. I do not. Someone cut them off at some point & spliced the wires together. Will have to do a little work 1st before I can do the adjustment.

Thanks for the thread. Did the adjustment today. One note, this is a 2 person job unless you have really long arms!!!
