Those fittings on the valve are "shark" fittings and make a seal by just pushing the nylon tube into them. They can leak a bit if the tube isn't inserted far enough. We use the same fittings on our on-board air systems on our Jeeps. To release the tube from the fitting you use your thumb and forefinger to pull the collar towards the fitting and pull on the tube, it will slip right out. To put it back together you simply just push the hose back into them. I always make sure the collar is out as far as it will go once the tube is inserted then give a slight tug on the hose to be sure it is tight. Use some soapy water round the valve with the system aired up to see if it is the fittings or if it is because they aren't threaded into the valve body as far as they should be. You may find it necessary to remove the fittings, apply teflon thread tape to the threads and re-install if there is a leak in them.
