Loud noise from roof fans or covers?

On our 2014 390FL Class A there is a loud rattle coming from the roof fan or fan cover? I watched a video about replacing the cover but it appears one side of the cover is using hinges, does this cause excess noise and does it need to be secured?

There are at least two types of cover for the exhaust fans. One type bolts on both sides of the frame and is fairly solid. The other has hinges on one side and clips on the other so that you can open and clean. They’re very noisy when the wind blows and thump on the roof. I’ll never purchase that style again.

Thank you for the info. I think I'll jump on the roof and check them out and replace based on your experience.
