On my 2011 it is located on the entrance side. Access is through the door in front of the rear wheel.

My water control center is on driver's side and I don't remember a drain there..... Nothing on entry side... On my previous Lexington it was under the bed....

The drain for my fresh water tank is on the passenger side, underneath, behind the rear wheels. Has nothing to do with the water control center on mine. I have a couple tubes hanging down and each has a cap on it. When I remove the one that is painted white, my fresh tank drains. When I remove the blue cap, my cold water lines drain (low point). When I remove the red cap, my hot water lines drain (low point).
Your mileage may vary.

On my 2011 Berkshire the water control center is on the driver side which is where the low point drain valves are, but the fresh water tank drain valve is located directly across on the passenger side. The water pump is also located there. The door is released by two latches at the bottom of the door not visible until you look under the coach, it doesn't have a handle like the water control center does. Hope this helps.

I hope your realize that if you are looking at temps into the 20's, you need to fully winterize the coach, not just drain the fresh water tank. Just checking to make sure you don't make a very big and expensive mistake.

If you don't drop below the mid-30's, you don't really need to drain your tank for fear of freezing. We drain our tank after every trip to keep the bacteria growth down. You may want to refer to the "Research" thread here in the Berkshire section regarding the heated areas of the tanks. That may also be helpful.

For past 5 years, all I've done is drain main tanks and lines, turn on tank heaters and leave a ceramic heater set at 50 degrees on with all cabinet doors open.... Nothing has frozen yet and it did get down to 19 degrees at least once...

If you get weather into the low 30's do yourself a favor and at least drain the hot water tank.it is easy to do and also easy to freeze as the tank with the water is basically outside of the coach. I am with the other guys on here......if the weather is heading to freezing, you should really learn how to winterized your water system. For us up here in Edmonton, Alberta, it is just a way of life. Doesn't matter if you have a small camper like us (looking to buy a a390BH) or a large 45' coach like my parents have. Not too much more difficult, just takes a lot more anti freeze.
Goes without saying, but ALWAYS make sure you use RV antifreeze. You don't want to use regular car/truck antifreeze. The RV is non toxic and safe for your water system. It is also colored pink so you can tell when it is all flushed out.

I don't know if they changed it for the '11 model year, but the area under my water control panel is sealed like the rest of the underside. I don't see any low point drains there. I have an '08 390bh.

Thanks Ron.....
Never would have found those latches without your info.... Thought that was a solid panel... Now I know where everything is..... Thanks....
Don't really think I'll need to go the anti-freeze route here in East Texas.... It doesn't get below freezing that often and stay there that long...
I've never had a problem with the previous 5 MH's I've had. I always just drain the main H2O tank, drain the lines, keep it plugged in with water heater turned on, turn on the tank heaters plus I keep two ceramic heaters set at 50 degrees plugged in (one up front/one in rear)...
Will have to deal with ice maker and washer though..

It maybe a model year change, I have the 390BH also. My 2011 has two vertical drain lines stubbed down through the bottom panel on each side of the water control panel. There is also a drain line located in the water pump compartment to the left of the water pump.

Mine's a 2012 390BH and it has the tank drain on the passenger side and hot and cold low point drains in the wet bay. I also have a drain next to the tankless water heater and I disconnected and reconnected the icemaker supply to drain it as well. So, that's 5 sites on the 2012. I also used my air compressor set at 35psi to blow through as much of the system as I could.
I was thinking of re-using the anti-freeze next year just to save some money and to limit pollution. Anyone see any problem with that other than possible dilution from residual water in the system? I was thinking there may be acidity problems and as such I would probably only reuse it once.
