They added it to mine at the rally and it has mad no difference. I get the annoying pop all the time. It doesn't seem to make the MH unlevel but is annoying. I realized I don't notice it when parked on grass. I plan to make some wood pads to put order the jack pads and will put a rubber mat on them. I believe this will be the end of the popping.
Thanks to all for the replies. I added the $30/qt CAT additive and mine is still popping. I also think it is related to parking on soft surfaces. I carry a set of wooden pads to place under the landing gear and it seems to help.

Besides jack popping, there is the jack punch-through problem which many have had and is where the piston punches through the leveling pad.
I am wondering if the popping and punch-through are not related. I noticed that when I use wooden pads, there is a bolt-nut impression on the wood. I generally do not get the popping with the wood pads, but if my jack pads are on gravel or dirt, I get popping. Wondering if the bottom of the jack piston isn't nibbling at the pad.
One thing that I am convinced of is to always keep the jack pads parallel with the frame and not the ground. I feel that pads that are angled my be more prone to punch-through. - Hank

My theory is that when parked on soft surfaces the weight of the coach over time pushes one or more jacks further into the surface. This unloads one or more of the other jacks and when weight shifts in the motorhome the rod on those unloaded jacks is moving creating the popping noises.
If I manually lower a pair of jacks or auto relevel the popping stops for a period of time or completely in some instances.

If it increases the viscosity of the HF and it works how is it a waste of time. You could always just rebuild everything but if a little fairly cheap oil fixes the issue I say give it a try. It helped mine but failed to get rid of all of it. In fact it was suggested and put in my the service tech at the Goshen rally.
