MHSRV - how to contact

There is an old thread extolling the virtues of this dealer, a compliment that I think is misdirected...So

How did you get them to respond to a web message or a call. I have been trying to contact their service department on and off for 3 years and cannot get a response.

The web messages result in a noreply email to the effect that I should not call them but they will contact me. Followed up by nothing.

No responses to any of the multiple phone messages.

Tried the usual other stuff: checked spam, tried different email addresses and different phone numbers. Separated those attempts by months.

I need them because as far as I can tell they are the only RV dealer within 500 miles that can purge a built in propane tank AND they sold me my Isata 5.

Have you tried this number 817-790-7771? I spoke with them several times last week about parts and had no problem contacting them.

That's their "metro number" and routes to the same place as the 800#. I think the parts side of the business is outsourced and is certainly in a different building on the North of the property and to which you need a vehicle to reach. Service, one of the call in options, is on the East side of the property and it too is removed from the operating and sales side. Nobody walks on this property, its huge, cars and golf carts.

Yesterday I contacted the head of sales and he reached out to a Service Rep and copied me. Still no response.

I just called and selected extension 361 (service manager) and someone picked up.
I thanked them for answering and explained I had misdialed the incorrect business and then hung up. Took 3 minutes...

Thanks for all that. The extension numbers are no 5 digits and bear no relationship to the ones you have cited. The general number will put me through but its just to a VM.

I emailed the CEO of Blue Compass RV that owns the place but I suspect he will punt on a juice vs. squeeze issue.
