Pull the screen from the wall and unplug it from the back. After a couple minutes plug it back in and see if it reboots. If not, call Daniel Dinovo Technical Support Precision Circuit Inc. at (603) 515-9100 ext-704. I had the same problem and he sent me a new screen after trouble shooting the problem.

The fuses and main Precision Circuit unit is on the lower right side of the bed. Daniel will have you run some test from that main unit before he sends you a new screen. The replacement screen was free but I paid to have it sent overnight. This happen to me last year just before a 3 week trip. After talking to Daniel, I was up and running the next day. Good luck!

*Precision Plex screen goes dead.
Turns out there is a small battery behind the PrecisionPlex screen that was dead and wasn't telling the LCD screen to "wake up" after the coach batteries were brought back to life. *The battery is a CR1025

This is a quote from another post. Find the battery and replace. Sounds like your problem.

Have you tried turning the battery disconnect off by the entry door and leaving it off for about 90 secs and powering it back on? If that doesn't work it could then it could be the little battery in the touch pad or possible fault in the touch pad itself

OK,, AM update. Found Pplex panel beside bed. THANK YOU. I took panel out and unplugged phone cable, no go. I did see little battery, looks tough to remove without breaking something.. I called Dan and left message. Main Pplex panel has power and I can scroll thru. I have to lay on floor under bed to see it. Slides in. THANKS for all the replies they have helped me a bunch. I feel like I am making head way. Hoping Dan calls me back when I can slide under there. Daughter getting married Sat.

Are you able to connect to the multiplex APP through your from? the Blue tooth app should give you the ability to at least run the slide outs out to give you the ability to get to the panel underneath the bed. Also call Danny At precision his number is 1-630-515-9100 ext 704. He can help trouble shoot.

Back to normal. Dan called and had me remove the small battery. That worked. He said with battery dead it won't power up , but with no battery it will work fine but won't remember anything you program in if you shut main batteries off. BT437 got it right.

I never had a chance to try it untill Dan called.

Thanks to everyone who gave an answer. The wedding is on!

Where exactly is that battery located? Is it
behind the main unit under the bed?

Glad you got it up and running!

The battery is on the back of the LCD panel on the wall. There is a plastic cover on each corner - remove those to expose the screws to remove the panel.

Thanks. I had to replace that screen last year but didn't notice the battery until today. I looked back at pictures I took last year and there was the CR1025 battery. I wonder does this battery need replacing as part of routine maintenance?

its the first thing I would check if the screen is not working. Also if you download the App Precision Plex, the bluetooth should still pair to your phone if the screen goes out as the blue tooth module is not built into the screen itself. This will allow you to be able to run the slide outs out and give your self more room when needing to access the panel or brains of the system.
