New Owners 2016 38a.

We just picked our new rig on Saturday. PDI revealed bad ac in rear of coach. New one on order. So far we are very happy with our choice in floor plan. Just wanted to say Hi.

Welcome to the forum Chris, we have a 2015 38A. I think it's the best floorplan out there! This is our first motor home, we are learning a lot in a very short time and this forum is helping us a whole lot. If this is your first also or not, feel free to ask what may seem like stupid questions (I do all the time). Remember, the only stupid question is the one not asked!

We purchased 2015 forest river 40 footer 5th..ac problems on main floor, just could not keep up after 80 degrees.. Factory sending out a 15000 btu to replace 13500, they say that will cure prob. I sure hope so because as it is its a 2 season camper..Love the floor plan..

Welcome to the forum and the Berk family.

If it's not too late see if you can upgrade to the 15000 a/c. You would probably just have to pay the difference in cost of unit.

Hey Chris! We just picked up our 2016 38a 4 weeks ago! 5,000 miles on our shake down run and enjoyed every minute! Spend two days at the FR plant in Elkhart and learned all the ins and outs of the build. Highly recommend spending some time with those guys. Super passionate about these coaches!!! Happy travels!!

Hi Chris, We just purchased the 2016 Forest River Berkshire 34QS from MHSRV in Texas. Coming in from factory around first week of Sept. We will head on down there as soon as they let us know its in to complete papers and take delivery. We live in La Mirada, (we are neighbors!)
