No ideas and I'm terribly sorry you are haven a issue but I'm kinda laughing inside here. With all the problems with other water heaters the Truma is supposed to be the answer. Sorry.
I'm sure there is a reset or something inside.

Same here. Tankless and travel trailers are just oil and water.

Low flow pressure, I'm betting.

Good luck.

Interesting. When did you get the Truma installed?

Are you sure it's a Truma?

Interesting is Right.....

The Water Heater turned out to be an Attwood. When the trouble began
I pulled out the pamphlet the Dealer gave us. Which said "Truma" I looked
all through the box of STUFF we got at the Walk thru....NO TRUMA book. Turned out the Pamphlet was for a 2017....
Next day went outside and looked cover at ATTWOOD on it... felt like a real
dummy.....Next called the dealer... NO HELP... Called Attwood talked to
their customer service - they could not be more helpful.
the YOUNG Lady there asked me to turn on the water. then go outside and gently blow into the pressure elbow assly. which is a 90 degree black tube that exits thru the door. and bang within 2 sec. hot air was coming thur the
Flue......She said that after sitting so long at the dealer dust or insect blocked the air way..
Any way it works and for sure taught me a serious lesson.....

thanks all for the help

Glad you got it going. That's a known issue that's been covered many times. Now take that black tube and turn it inside. It will leave a hole in the cover so make sure to plug that. I had rain stop mine. Plus a very determined mud dauber. I turned the tube to face in and no more issues.

Good to hear you got it working Fred & Sandi! I was almost positive you did not have a Truma - the good news here is you have a TON of experts (Phil is one of them) That can help you with all things Atwood!

Not. Our mh has more than one thing that is different than the brochure. Don't be afraid to go straight to the company-our experience with every one (except Carefree) has been excellent.

Not at all. Questions are good and Moho's are confusing.
