Transfer switch maybe? Have you had the transfer switch in yours replaced? In my 2008 360QS, from the factory they put in a crap transfer switch. I replaced mine because it burnt up.

Maybe your inverter breaker is tripped?

If you have washer dryer hookups, check the outlets to them and see if they have power. My 360 washer and dry hookups are not going through the inverter circuit.

Also check main breaker.

Does your generator run and then does all your electrical items- ac, microwave etc. The generator is dominant on the transfer switch. If thatís the case your transfer switch is probably bad

few things to check in general...

what is the house battery voltage? is there a switch in the house battery's that is switched off, like a hard cut off switch? Are you plugged in to power and are sure that you are getting power at the source? If you are I would check the transfer switch. is the battery disconnect in the coach at the entry door engaging? Are you able to hold down the AUX START button and the house discount at the entry door while the engine is running and get power to the coach? if you start the generator using the AUX start switch while the coach is running do you have power?

When you say no power to the coach; what all isn't working exactly? Have you tried using the generator and see if the coach has power while gen power? If so then the 120V shore side of the transfer switch may be at fault. Does the inverter work? Like Eric also asked what is the voltage of the coach/house batteries? I would check the breaker for the inverter in the 120 breaker box that is under the bed.

It would really help if you could clarify a bit.

Are you saying there is no 120 volt power anywhere in the coach where you are plugged into shore power?

Are you 30 amp or 50 amp?

What have you done to resolve the problem?

What type of receptacle is the shore power cord plugged into? Does that receptacle have power? How do you know? Have you ever plugged into that receptacle before and had power?

Is there an EMS device in the shore power path? Is so what is itís status?

Have you tripped and reset the circuit breaker on the shore power receptacleís circuit?

Losing all power implies the problem is between the shore power receptacle and the power distribution panel. Should be very easy to trace and diagnose!
