Passenger side power awning on 2014 390bh

I had a little issue with a tree at a campground on my last trip and need to have the large, power awning on the passenger side replaced. It is a Carefree of Colorado awning with a wind sensor. Does anyone know the model number of the awning we have on our coaches? Looks like the insurance is quoting for a Dometic Awning not a Care Free of Colorado.
Thanks.

Tom,

Sorry to hear of your encounter with a tree limb!! Those things aren't to forgiving, especially when it comes to things our size. Hope you get it fixed without to much hassle!

Regards,

Craig

Sorry to hear about your mishap,Tom. I christened mine on my innaugural trip on a tree as well. Fortunately for me, the damage was to the fabric which I repaired with a kit.

So repaired with a kit? How does that work. I rubbed one of my small awnings (fabric only) on my barn door. My repair kit consisted of a strip of heavy duty black duct tape.
So what was in your kit Rich?

Russel, Permatex vinyl repair kit filler with some black coloring and then camco awning repair tape covering that. Not the best repair...tape somewhat hard to lay flat, but the job looks ok at a distance and has seemed to stay ok. Never thought of the black duct tape. May try that next time....

I got into the 2nd roll. But the first roll is on the outside and in the wind. So what I did was run the tape 3 inches long. Folded it under so it can't catch wind and blow off. ?? Made a 2000 mile trip with some rain. Still looks good. I ordered new fabric from my dealer. Havent gone to get it yet.
