Heck I got power cords and if they are made we park on the street oh well. Don't worry until the tow truck shows up. LOL. Thanks for all the kind comments and even the not so kind comments. Love them all.

As long as you still have checks left, I don't understand the bank's problem. Just keep writing the checks and tell the bank cover them because you're "too big to fail."

That has to be one of the best sites I have seen. Some people are pretty lucky.

LOL - that comment reminded me of my grandma. The bank notified my grandma that her account was overdrawn & to please make a deposit ASAP so she sent them a check. Of course the bank contacted the family after receiving the check.

Phil I have plenty of questions about where you are and will throw a couple out at a time in no particular order of importance ( actually I don't think any of them are important ) . I don't want to overwhelm you.
Do them little buildings come with each lot, and are they all the same size or can people request larger ?
Does the little building come with any utility hook ups in them ? Water, sewer, or electricity ?

There is an Escapee Club park near Temecula, CA. It looks similar to your place and is about half the price. Now the difference is that Escapee lots are lifetime leases (unless you want to give the lot up sooner). However, when you give it up you get all your lease money back. One or two of the Escapee parks ARE deeded but most are lifetime leases.
But you definitely hit a home run with your park.

Joe the sheds are now called casitas. I think that is Spanish for " you paid what for a shed". They do not come with the lot and at this time are available in 10X10,8X14 or 12X12. They are unfinished and not plumped. I had planed to complete mine myself but between my neck and needing a knee replacement or two I can't do it. I have two choices of contractors to finish it. We will have water and sewer in it. I had that put in last year before the landscape was done. They actually use to run underground wire all the way around the pad to get electric to the shed. I had no intention of spending money to do that so I had them drill under the pad. I also suggested that they put a conduit under the pad to run Utilities in. I'm not sure if they have started doing that or not. They do things a little different down here.
All the building come from the same company so they look good and uniform. Also they all have electric panels in them.

Boo we sometimes make or decisions quickly and don't always look at every other options. We did know that we wanted something that was ours to do what we wanted and deeded property was important to us. I don't travel as well as I thought I would so staying long periods work for us. We had thought that we would explore the west a lot more than we have but so far it's just working out. Anyway Florida is it for us for awhile but some day I really need to see your country.

Phil & Dianna,
Your site looks terrific! Glad you posted all the pictures as we were anxious to see it after hearing about it at the rally. We hope we get a chance to see it and the both of you this February.

Actually, two small items.
FR taking care of some fiberglass spider cracks around the generator that has been there since new.
And a booboo on the back where I backed into a fencepost.
