Power outlet

We have a 2011 390 bh. Does anyone know what the power cord hanging next to power outlet (not plugged in) in the rear drivers side compartment ?
Thanks - I can't find it in the owners manual...

I believe that is the Engine block heater for winter useage only. Since you have a diesel engine, you plug this cord in 2-4 hrs before starting when it's really cold out.
