Pull Down Bunk

Hope everyone had a great weekend! In my quest for my new coach (Hopefully Berkshire XLT), I am considering the drop down bunk above the driver and passenger seats and have a couple of questions:

1. With the overhead bunk down (in the useable position), is there access to the coach doorway?

2. Can the driver and passenger seats be used with the bed down?

3. Is this something that can be added to a new coach if not currently equipped?

I am figuring in the 45A model you can accomadate quite a number of people sleeping if you do not have theater seating?

Any info anyone could share would be quite helpful.

The drop down bunk can be added later. Was told this when we were at the factory back in May. If I remember correctly the sticker price on the bunk was around $3200.
