Radiator surge tank.

Anyone know where the radiator surge tank is on a FR Berkshire 390BH. I'm greeting a low coolant message whenever I crank it up and I'm needing to add some fluid. Will I need to remove the skirt around the engine compartment to access it (see pics)? Or will I access it through the bedroom access panel? I see 4 screws holding something together, but there is no typical access panel; there is a clear outline indicating a panel, but the carpet is still intact. Thanks for your help!!!Click image for larger version

We need to use a funnel to top it off. We do it from the back. Don't think taking the floor out will help much. If you can squeeze your hand in to get the cap off, one of those long bendy funnel will work.

Ya, that is one of the few things that was poorly designed and executed on our Berks.
