We have one of the recessed ceiling lights that is flickering. How does one remove remove these? I don't want to break anything. And where do you get a replacement?

Mine fell off and broke... Bad thing the bulb didn't even need replaced. 😳

Mine twist off. A quarter turn if I remember right. Mine are LED in the ceiling so not sure what yours are. I got LED bulbs from M3 or m4 I don't have my computer handy. If regular bulbs you can get them anywhere. I would switch them to LED. Use the search function. There has been some good research done.
