When the going gets tough the P.O. get a four inch hand grinder with a cutoff blade installed.

Removing wheel cover
Ford it's a good thing I didn't have my grinder handy.
OC I am I shock as to how difficult it was to get them off. Of coarse the impact wrench at the truck tire shop made quick work if it but it still hit three times before it let go. These bolts are just like a lug nut that holds the cover on they were full of rust with a cheap chrome tin cover on them to let any wrench slip.
I called FL and they were if no help. They told me to stop at a local FL shop to see if the stock hub covers would work. Again thanks for all the advice on a stupidly simple job that has taken two days and so far 1308.00$. I don't know what the hubs will cost but the 1500 FL Gaffney quoted me last year was a Bargain. Lloyd you are so funny lets go camping soon OK?

Certainly wasn't making light of your dilemma, I can't remember what vehicle I had, but it had chrome covers on lug nuts that weren't a standard socket size like 3/4, 13/16 or 7/8 and I had to beat some size on and then use an air wrench. Finally got tired of it and bought chrome plated lug nuts.

OC no problem I took it as you intended. Your insight is always helpful and appreciated. It's always hard to work without a full tool box. I tend to have less patience with issues like this the older I get. Hopeful that the stock hub covers work and this project will be done.
On a side I swear the MH is smoother with the aluminum wheels. Might just be me justifying the money spent but it is smooth.

Phil, since they were already on my rig I don't know for sure have they go together. But it looks like the center hub slips in from the back just like pretty much any other car wheel. The part number at Accuride shows that these wheels were specific to Freightliner. So they might have the center of hubs for you.

Phil,
If you want the Freightliner hub caps, you get them from Phoenix USA ( :: Phoenix USA ::) or 931-526-1795. They lost one of mine when they did the tire and wheel upgrade and they sent the wrong one to replace it. I went on an internet search and finally found this place. Phoenix USA is the supplier of hub caps for Freightliner Chassis.

It looks like you have 5 splines on your front wheels from your pictures so the front part # for the baby moon should be the following:
5 spline: Q1502
Also, request Freightliner logos.
