Sorry, I tried to search for this, but could not find anything meaningful.
I have 390-RB 2014 with residential fridge. Our water line to the ice maker has developed a leak... in the basement about 12 - 20 inches before it turns up to the fridge. The leak is up under a main beam, and I can't get to it.
I've had this repaired earlier... and seems that closing the kitchen slide creates the issue. When we first opened the slide, all was good (water thru the door and ice maker all worked find, no leaks detected). Closed the slide and Old Faithful spewed forth.
As long as the water is hooked up to city or the pump turned on, water gushes from this leak.
It dawned on me last night, that there might be a shut off valve for this, so we can keep the water on until we can get this looked at.
My question is, is there a shut off valve for this and if so, where might it be located?
Thanks in advance for any input...
We are heading to New Mexico for a week, and would love to have running water.
