Yes, Mitch is a nice guy and tries hard. But, by his own admission he is in up to his eyeballs. Emails take forever to get answered, and sometimes never do. Leaving a voicemail may or may not result in a return call......

Between him and Randy we have two guys for how many buses that pretty much ALL have issues? Think about that.

All around unsat.

I expect to get a human on the phone when I call, and I expect to tell the story and I expect a case number and I expect updates regularly. It would NOT be a stretch to have notes put on line and for me to be able to enter the case number and see updates.

None of this is happening. They need to bring their stuff into the 21st century.

I'm sure this was a spell check error but it made me laugh and by the posts here, there's more truth to it than one might realize!

Here is some amusement for you. We haven't had any snow back home. We are in Virginia stopped for the night. We will be in charleston on Sunday and obviously taking our time. I think this is funny, funny haha and I am amused. But Betsy and the dog are not. Click image for larger version

I’m about to freeze in Florida. I had to wear a sweatshirt to walk the dogs this morning. High tomorrow is 62. No pool for a few days.
