Should I Try To Do This?

Hi All: I have a 2014 Berkshire 390RB.
Yesterday I was cleaning the instrument/control panel closest to the driver's side window ( has the air brake control;headlights, leveler control; mirror control, etc), the top gauge on that panel fell into the abyss of the dash area--in other words it disappeared and all I was left with was the small ring that held it in place.
I can see the gauge and feel the wires but because the gauge is round I can't get it back through the hole it left and have no way ( that I can think of) to place it back in the hole in order to reattach the retaining ring.
My question is this--has anyone tried to remove the whole control panel and if so how hard/easy was it? Not sure if I should attempt this or leave it to my dealer to tackle.
Thanks for any and all advise!

You can remove the panel & epoxy the gauge mounting bracket back in place.

I've done done it three times so far (fog light switch, & two gauges).

Easy peazy.

Smile Thanks

Thanks a bunch for some good words of support. Sounds like a weekend project that can be done before a 1:00 kickoff!
