Slide bracket missing bolts

My unit is a 2010 fws360. The driver side slide is the full wall driven by a equalizer hydraulic ram. The ram attaches to the bottom of the slide in the middle on the bottom. It had 6 bolts attaching a bracket to the underside of the slide! The two outside bolts are missing. This causes the bracket to pull away from the slide bending the bottom of the slide and jams the slide about 8” from closing.
There is an access port in my cabinet floor where I can see the 4 of the 6 bolt heads. The problem is the 2 I am missing are very close to the outside wall and hidden from view by a aluminum brace in the wall!!

Please help with how I can replace the two outside bolts (possibly were big screws??) and brace the bottom to prevent their future loss!

I had the same problem. I took the bracket off and took it to a metal fabricator to have it straightened. I Then drill the holes and replaced all the bolts with grade 8 lag bolts.
