Slide problem

For some reason today I can’t get my kitchen slide (one behind passenger seat)to lock closed!!!! I have a 2008 Berkshire..,,

Slide comes it like normal BUT it wont lock closed... Bottom slides back out a few inches and I know slide would open if I took a left turn...

Any suggestions????

Sounds like a piston problem. Time to get it changed.

Luckily it appears that it ended up being air in the line....

Once I purged that, once slide closed it locked in place.....

Opened slide and held “out” button down for 1 minute; closed slide and held the “in” button down for 1 minute....

May have to repeat the process but it does purge the line.....
