Think the house batteries, you could find out for sure by using the master battery switch in the battery bay by turning off the house batteries and trying to start the gen. Let us know the results.

Reason for asking - for the second time in a row (a weeks apart) I tried to start my generator using the dash switch and it acts like the batteries are too low to start it..... Problem with that is I replaced my coach batteries with brand new ones only a month ago so batteries should be good.... I will pull the tray out tomorrow and ck that they did put water in the batteries... Not real impressed with this particular shop in he first place... Paid them $166 to fix my 12V outlet next to my leveler controls and they still don't work so wouldn't surprise me if the batteries were dry.....

My genny had the same issue. Ended up being the fuel pump. Tech told me FR had a bad supply of pumps and they had been replacing a bunch.
