Step Well Cover

Is it possible to add power to the step well cover as mine did not come that way

Don't remember what the outcome was but I think that this was discussed already. Try doing a search and you should be able to find the thread.

I think from the last thread, the dealer can add a wiper motor with linkage. No details published certain units can do.

When I was at the factory this past summer I checked into this. Parts alone were nearly $700 and the cover design is different from my 2008. Since I have been thinking of a 12 volt linear actuator. They come in various size and speeds and I think it could be done for about $175. Plan to look into it more this summer as the coach is sleeping now. Let us know if you find a solution first

If there's a cheaper way, let me know..... Dealer says it's necessary to swap out the entire manual step well cover and will cost right at $1200.
