Strange Equalizer Problem

I was not able to auto level my new 2018 BK XL 40C. There is a slight slope on my lawn, but not anything I thought would be an issue.

After a couple of auto level attempts resulted in driver's side being too low, and the Excess Slope message, I thought I would manually adjust the jacks to get it as close to level as I could.

I tried to drop the jacks on the drivers side and raise the jacks on the curb side.

I lowered the driver's side, and there was no change on the level. I looked at the coach, and the driver's side front was down, but the curb side back jack was down.

I checked the pump and the colors of the control wire match the colors for the hydraulic fluid, LR Orange, RR Yellow. Those colors also match the on-line manual.

Any suggestions out there ? The tech at the dealer said he had a hard time with the auto level, but he thought it was due to the ground slope where the coach was parked.

I am tempted to switch the control wires for the RR and LR, and see if it helps. I suspect they are crossed in the control panel.

What I would do bring all jacks up, then manually lower each jack so they just touch the ground then finish manually one jack at a time level the coach. Once you get it level reset the null. Skip

Same problems with my 2018 40C.

Call Randy Bowling at Equalizer. 800 846 9659 ext 339. He is awesome. He will fix your problem in a minute or less. For me he said before I even finished my sentence. Switch the yellow and orange wires.

Reset manually then press the two buttons simultaneously and reset the null.

Done. Enjoy.
