Tile Replacement
We have had our coach at two different shops to have tiles replaced that where cracked before we bought it. Has anyone else had 5 months of trouble getting there tile floor worked on?

It would help us help you if you were to list the year, model and make of your coach.

I live in Southern California, yes I have been talking with them. It is at a shop know that they told me about that is much closer to my house than the Dealer we bought it from. They had the same trouble as the dealer. Thy are chipping the tile around the one they are replacing. We are also being told that they cannot match the grouting color. "As it gets used it will look the same. The trouble we have with that is we have know had the coach for 5months and have not been able to use it, so how dirty can the grout be when it has been in shops?

If it were me, I would consider finding an expert tile guy. Tile can be an art, especially when you've got to remove individual tiles. Although a tile guy would probably not be covered by the warranty.
The grout should blend in quickly if they use the right color. As you said, how dirty can it be?

take it out of the shop and let a real tile guy look at it... RV dealers are NOT tile people...
I would suspect that because it is tile, is ONE if not the main reason it has taken 5 months to get it done, because they don't know what they are doing...
maybe you could get some reimbursement from FR

The biggest problem these folks are having is they just don't know how to cut polished porcelain. They don't know to put the diamond cutting blade in backwards and should be using a wet saw cutting table. The glaze on the tiles is incredibly brittle. As far as the grout goes just get the product code from FR. It will blend in with time. If you get stains on the grout, use Clorox bleach cleaner in the spray bottle. Spray it on the grout lines, let sit for a few minutes and wipe up with a dry towel.

X2 what Paulie Boy said.
When you go to the factory and see how they cut and piece together the time (laying a floor takes 2 days and each tile is individually cut)
