TV Satilite hook up

Have a Berkshire 410. Trying to hook up our portable dish. Were told to hook cable from dish to cable connection in basement. Didn't work. Any suggestions? When we hook up regular cable it works. Thanks

You should have two connections. One for "cable" and a separate one for "satellite". Satellite won't work through the cable connection.

Add diplexers to permit dual use of outside CATV jack

Please see the following sketch for adding diplexers to allow using the CATV
cable for both Sat TV and CATV.
For further information talk to someone at Radio Shack or do a search
on Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
