I spoke with Brad and Hall today. Lots if manufacturers have had issues with fabric. They also said that the lead time for new furniture is about seven weeks. Keep that in mind if wanting to do this at Goshen.

My 2014 390BH-60's drivers seat is already cracking and starting to flake. Only 13k, not to mention incredibly uncomfortable sitting and driving while wearing shorts.

That's the first one I have heard of that wasn't from 08-09.

I've got about 15k on my 2014 390BH and no issues at all yet. I had a 2007 fleetwood Southwind before this and it started flaking like others are talking about. My Berk's seats and furniture still look like new and the drivers seat is comfy, the passenger foot rest could come up more to make it more comfy for the DW! Love seat is my favorite and the couch, yes still looks like new but not comfortable at all!!! If I replace anything, it would be the main couch!

What I was referring to as uncomfortable is because it is pleather my skin sweats and sticks to the seat. Other than that a little lumbar support wouldn't hurt.

I have one of those 'as seen on tv' memory foam cushions for my butt and a lumbar support cushion for my back (I had spinal fusion a while ago). With these, I have no issues with the comfort of the drivers seat.

Paulie Boy, Maybe you should not drive in the nude and your skin won't sweat and stick to the seats!! (LOL!!)

This furniture fabric problem is certainly bad news with everybody pointing the finger to the other guy.

It reminds me of many a year ago when most cars pain started to show the undercoat after a few years.

My upholster said that if the seats are replaced with the same material it will only keep reoccurring because of the makeup of the material. Best to choose a different material. Jim

Our 2012 Georgtown had the front seats recovered when it was 6 months old due to cracking. Now the recliner and couch are disintegrating in areas where we don't even sit like on the arms, seats and back. These must be manufactured by the same company using inferior material. Our coach only has 5000 miles on it also -

Our 2012 Georgetown furniture started falling apart 18 months after purchase. Called forest river many times and only response was they only warranty for 1 year and to call furniture manufacturer. Of course that did no good even after 2 weeks of calling. We even took it to Lazy Days where we purchased motorhome and they said they tried to get FR to do something. It was obvious the material was defective. We replaced furniture and chair and now the front seats are falling apart.
