Did you have to bend the lip of the door a little to get it out?

I pushed up on the lip pretty hard. Just enough to get the broken latch out. It's a tight fit but I got it out. You can see in pic 1 the skin is slighty bent. You can hardly tell. Plus with the door shut you don't see it anyways.
