What is this?

I bought my 2014 Berk XLBH400 a month ago and it came with this remote (see pic), and I can't figure out what it would control. Any educated guesses from the experts?

I'm thinking it may control some sort of led lighting system, but I'm confident my bus didn't come with anything like that. I can't imagine that type of option slipping by the dealer. Click image for larger version

LED lighting, inside and out?

Try it when it is dark out.

Top left red button is power, make sure the battery is good.

Could be for awning lights. When I replaced mine on the last trailer it had a similar remote. When I traded it in, I took a picture of the remote sensor location and taped it to the remote so the new owners would know what it was.

Shayne,

Look at your awning, think your model came with LED lights on it. Awing has to be extended to see the LED strip.

Led lights along the passenger front slide on the bottom. Make sure the control for it is plugged in. Mine is located in the first basement compartment on the passenger side from the front.

I have that exact controller for my LED light strip on my awning.
