I would buy another also! You just get so much more coach for the money!. We looked at Georgetowns and they are no where near a Berkshire!

I would buy Forest River Berkshire 390-RB 40 again.
Only complaint was dealer didn't tell me about the 360hp option.
That said, 340hp is the best one for me and my operation. Bath and half is a great selling option. Friends have the Newmars, Newell's, Foretravels, . My Berkshire DP has all they have. My Berkshire's Craftsmanship is comparible, I just don't have the gadgets that cause them so much headache. And mine cost a lot less than theirs.

We have a 2014 Berkshire 400bh and we WERE wavering between the Phaeton with bunks but for the $100,000 we saved we got nearly the same options, a better floor plan and a coach I consider fairly equal to a Tiffin. We traded in a Tiffin for our Berkshire and if certainly get another Berkshire.

Just an FYI, my dealer just put a new 2016 40BH model on their website. It's got a 380 Cummins! MSRP is $300K. That's almost twice what I paid for my 2013 390BH. WOW!

Offer him $200,000 I bet you drive it home!!!
Just checked my dealer. He has a 2016 on his lot too. It has the 360 HP motor.

Just finished a 1000+ mile trip. Berk performed flawlessly! No issues. In fact, I'm having a hard time coming up with repair list for Goshen....guess that's a good thing.

We bought our 2013 390BH-60 in April of last year. So far we have put 16,000 miles on it and we are very pleased with the purchase. I would certainly buy another Berk or Charleston in the future.
Aquahot in a Charleston would make me buy one now. :-)

Badddmann, I wish that they offered a couple of options in Berk or Charleston. In fact, I'm going to start another thread.

I'm 18 months in to my 2014. Our trips didn't really begin until last summer, but I'm 13k miles in, half of that pulling a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and the DW and I are both very happy. The 360 seems to be a great fit for this coach. I hear "smoother ride with a tag axle" every so often, but Freightliner really seems to have the air bags and shocks figured out on this chassis, because the ride is great. Our family car is an Infiniti QX56, but if we're in it for more than 3 hours we're both wishing we were riding in the Berkshire instead.
The 2000 watt inverter and charging system has been a rookie's delight. It just takes care of everything. The only thing I do with it is change the shore power max when I plug it in to a 15amp circuit in my driveway.
When we bought our Berk, I couldn't find anything comparable at the price point. I am very happy with this coach.
Gottawonder
