Wow...great service in Goshen already
I can't believe it. I heard great things about FR at Goshen, but was floored when Randy and his crew wanted to get an early start and fixed my water leak and half of my other items.
And the rally doesn't even start until Sunday.
What a great group of people

X2!!!! My DH was pleased, impressed with the crew working on our Flagstaff @2 hours yesterday. Glad we got here early (first-timers).

Great to hear they are starting early!! Could not make it this year, by the time we took delivery of our Forester it was sold out. Next year for sure.

I agree the Rockwood/ Flagstaff team did most repairs on all Volunteer units and early attendees this week. I have not seen them today so maybe Taking the weekend off to start Monday again. Great group of guys!

Already yesterday I saw 2 axels being replaced on 1 rig. 4 wheels and tires an another, a new reefer being installed in another and a new toilet installed in still another. There were repair crews ALL over the park...swarming some rigs. GREAT JOB FOREST RIVER.

I don't know about the other FR divisions but the Diesel Division is phenomenal. And they don't have to be in the fish bowl like Goshen.

X2 on the great service. The Flagstaff tech Matt called in for some extra help to fix a problem that has existed since we bought unit 4 years ago. Shower door works as good as the one at home. Other minor items fixed in very timely manner as well. Very very pleased with the service so far. One item left that is vendor issue to be resolved early next week.

Gotta agree, we have all the issues on our Ceder Creek fixed already and the rally doesn't start till Sunday. They used this week to attempt to get the work done on the volunteers RV's.
