Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. there are a bazillion reason for AC not cooling it may help to narrow things down if you told us the make and model of your rig and the size of your AC.

Are the interior filters clean? And the fins on the roof top unit clean? What is the exterior temp and what do you have the T-stat set to? If it's 90 outside your AC probably isn't going to cool your camper to 68.

Thank you for replying!

Our camper is an 07 fifth wheel 8528rkss. I will have to look to see the ac size. Where it blows at the unit it only seems to be blowing out of one side. We weren’t sure if that is how it’s supposed to be or if maybe there was a blower motor out and that is why it’s not cooling very well.
We have cleaned the inside, but will try cleaning the outside to see if that helps!
It is very hot in Arkansas so it may be doing the best it can. We’re used to a pop up and it stayed very cold, but the unit may not be big enough. I’ll find the size.
Thanks again for the replies!

If you're talking about the grate on the ceiling below the A/C, there are two different sections. One side is the supply and the other side is the return, so one side blows out air and the other sucks it in.
