12v Fridge Leaning

I have a new Rockwood Mini Lite 2511s (2022). Passed all checks when we purchased it and did the walkthrough. After taking on a 3 day trip, we noticed that the 12v Fridge (in the slideout, and boxed in) freezer door need to be pushed in to get it to close

It got worse during another trip, and when I looked closer, I realized that the fridge is leaning slightly left, and the freezer door is hitting the left part of the wood framing that surrounds it, as the door closes.

I've already contacted the dealer and sent pics (warranty work). Has anyone ever seen this happen? It has actually nicked the wood. I can push the fridge lightly to level it to close the freezer door. . Clearly they have to take it out and reset it correctly.

This is the only major problem we see in the new build, thankfully.
