12V oscillating fan?

Does anyone have recommendations for a 12V oscillating wall fan? It's like one that's effective, quiet, and not stupidly expensive, in that order.

Thanks

I mounted these USB fans in every berth in my motorhome. No regrets. Powerful, adjustable, low amp.Click image for larger version

Noise?

This one (very similar found on the same search as the description from yours) would work better for me because it's 12V.

I have a fan very similar to the one Chris linked to - seems to be lots of similar looking units on Amazon. Mine was noisy to me but I bought a rheostat so I could slow the RPM's and now I can sleep with it on when I turn it down low (it still moves enough air for me).

That would work for me. Is it labeled or have you measured the amp draw? Does it oscillate?

I have a 120V 0.4A (48W) Hurricane wall fan. We use it inside but it's pretty noisy, even on its lowest speed. There's little difference in air flow at higher speeds. At 48W, the amp draw isn't too bad but my inverter would add another 9W (measured).

We purchased a couple of battery operated fans that are quiet and do a great job. They are usb rechargeable which we prefer for boodocking.

How long does a charge last?
