Question 2 A/C unites

my 5th wheel has two AC units. Zone one works fine. Zone two does not cut on. I don't even get the option to turn it on when I cycle through the zone button. All worked fine two weeks ago. Any words of wisdom and experience will help.

When you change to zone 2 is there any error message on the thermostat display?

No error message. It just does not even offer another zone. I know there are two zones..... worked just fine on the shakedown camp....

Try doing a reset on your thermostat. It needs to discover the second zone. Make sure you are hooked up to a good 50amp power source.

Was the second A/C added on after manufacture? If so it may not be part of the zone options. It may need to be controlled directly from the unit itself in the bedroom ceiling.
