2007 Cherokee 39KB

I need some insight on a problem I've had with the furnace in my 39KB. The model is 35F Suburban. When I first turn the furnace on it will cycle normally than with in 15-20 seconds it try to kick on, the blower will run but it won't ignite.
It will continue doing this until I reset the Thermostat, than the furnace will run then start all over again with the short cycle. I have replaced everything on the furnace than can be replaced but the problem continues. Suburban Furnace says it's a design flaw, that the furnace needs to be in the center of the trailer but Forest River states they aren't having this problem with any other 39KB. HELP.

Does it fire up and get hot? on our 05 Cherokee I had an issue once where the gas valve at the furnace stuck closed and wouldn`t open. I gave it a tap with a screwdriver and it fired up and ran flawlessly for the rest of the time we owned it. give it a shot!
