2017 Patriot 26DBH furnace sporadic then dead

2017 Patriot 26DBH furnace has been working fine. It has the Dometic single zone 3 wire thermostat with remote controller box. This weekend I turned it on and the A/C fan came on but no furnace. No furnace fan, ignighter clicking, nothing. Turned the thermostat off and back on and it started working then quit after a minute or so. I turned the temp down to 60 then back to 75 and it started and kept running so we went to bed. We woke up at 4:00 to a cold camper so I repeated turning the temp down and back up and it started working again. Same thing at 6:00 and then again at 8:00 but at 8:00 it would not fire up again. I removed the intake grill under the stove and jumped the thermostat wires together going into the furnace and if fired right up and ran fine so I let it run to warm up the camper. After returning home and further checking I think the control box is bad ??? Has anyone ran into this before. Is the control box above the fridge and how do I get to it? I bought this camper new just over a year ago and this was the 5th night I have used the furnace and it died.
