2018 Sandpiper LG Refrigerator

We're the new owners of a 2018 Sandpiper 403RD. It's in GREAT shape and was always on a permanent site. We moved it up the hill to OUR permanent site last fall. We leveled it, etc. We're going to have a make a few adjustments, since it's just a tad out of level now. That being said, would this make the ice maker in our LG refrigerator make crazy knocking sounds? We got a bit of ice out of it, but it knocks whenever we turn it on. We've turned it off until we can get to the bottom of the issue. Any help appreciated.....
