Our sound bar is frozen in the on position. Cannot turn off, change source or anything. We turned off electric and still won’t turn off because must have battery hookup. I can’t pull from the shelving where it’s inserted. What do I do to reset it?
On each end of the sound bar there is a large black tab that looks like it's part of the sound bar. I used a small flat head screw driver to pry that piece off. It's held on by double sided tape, at least on my 2019 model 381ftb it is. Then I removed the 4 wood screws and the unit came out. My issue was the sound bar had plastic rca jacks that didn't work. So I replaced them.
