2024 DX3 Firefly heater roof fan shore power

We have a 2024 DX3 34kd with the new firefly panel. All electric with aqua hot. Going to the aqua hot system has had a slight learning curve.

My question is going to be around the heater and the overhead roof fans

The heater works every time, when not plugged into shore power or having the genorator running. The below the cabinet fans quietly run and heat up the coach.

But, when plugged into shore power or if the genorator is on, the overhead fan kicks on and it's so loud, I actually have to unplug shore power to run the heater in the morning as to not wake up my wife.

Is there a way to run the heater without the overhead roof fans kicking on while plugged into shore power?
