A/C fan speed

I have a Georgetown 270S and the A/C fan speed in the front and bedroom only seems to have a high fan speed that is very noisy. Do anyone know if the A/C should have lower fan speeds? What can be done?

Yes -- I press the on-off mode to get the fan started but the +- keys adjust the temperature and not the fan speed.

When you press the mode button and stop it at fan the + and – should offer you Low, High, or Auto. Once you select Low you should push the mode button again to go to Cool and then the + and – should change the temperature setting.

I am in agreement with 2013leprechaun319dsf. I was talking to a repair shop manager and he said that we should always have the thermo in Au or Auto to adjust the speed of the fan....
