A/C runs when set on furnace

Just did our first long 10 day camping trip in our 2013 292bhds. Had a couple cool nights. Turned on thermostat to furnace and the A/C came on along with the furnace. I had to shut off the breaker on the electrical panel for the A/C. The furnace worked good. We have used both in the past with no problems. Anyone have any ideas? Will be taking it in next week to have it looked at.

On the thermostat, set the fan control to 'Auto' instead of 'On'. The fan control switches on the thermostat (Auto/On, Hi/Low) only control the A/C fan...have nothing to do with the furnace fan.

When on fan mode, use the + or - keys to toggle through fan speeds: hi, lo, au (au=auto) and will only command the fan when the AC is requested to run.

Just clarifying what Dave said...
