2017 wildwood dlx 40 foot. dometic ac 13500 btu can not get it to shut off

First, welcome to the forum. Now, I think we need a little more information. Did this just start happening suddenly? Has it been "on the fritz" for some time? What have you tried other than completely unplugging the unit? Any other details you may be able to provide would help greatly.

Also is this a new to you camper, what have you done to get the AC to shut off. Is it the fan or the compressor? Did you try to turn it off at the thermostat ? Breaker ?

Make sure the fan is set to "auto" on the thermostat.

just bought the rv. it will shut off with the breaker but not the thermastat. unhook all the wires from thermastat and it still runs
