AC/Heat won’t turn on. The panel is working to turn on everything else

Hello! We have a FR Sabre 2021. We have two air conditioners one in the main area and one in the bedroom. I went out to the RV to clean it and get it ready for a trip and the panel said the air was on cool auto and it was 99 degrees in there. So it wasn’t on and I checked the bedroom AC and that doesn’t turn in and neither does the fan. I’m a women so I don’t know much about these. I looked at the fuse panel and there is a little red light that is on but it’s not where one of the fuses is?? I flipped the AC switch off and back on and still nothing. I unplugged the electric and plugged back in and nothing changed. The panel still works to open the slides, lights etc. any help is greatly appreciated on what I should be checking. Thank you

Can you share a picture of your fuse panel? I'd like to see what your red light is associated with.

There are instructions on how to post pics, in the Welcome Letter that was sent to your Private Messages.

Would like to know if you have 120 volt power or 12 volt power.

120 volt power can be checked by turning anything that plugs into the wall line a TV on.

For the 12 volt power does the light over the sink turn on and off while plugged into shore power? Also disconnected from shore power?

I suspect it could be a dead battery.

I believe that red light is indicating you have a blown fuse in the 12 volt section which controls your T-Stat, just replace the fuse where the red light is with the same size fuse in the panel, go to any auto parts store with that fuse and match it up with the correct style fuse.

if thermostat shows any readings "cool auto" it's getting 12v power

look for some Black BREAKERS 120v ... they can look like ones in your house
see if any are marked air conditioner and turn the fully OFF then Back ON

120v breakers can appear ON but have tripped off.

They will probably be NEXT to where you see the red light for a blown 12v fuse
